Learn OmniFocus Memberships are automatically renewed by default.
Cancelling Automatic Renewals
You can cancel automatic renewals by:
- Going to My Account.
- Clicking My Subscription -or- clicking Subscriptions and then clicking the View button for the Active subscription.
- Clicking the Cancel button in the Actions section to cancel automatic renewals.
You’ll have full access to Learn OmniFocus until the end of your membership term and can join again using your existing Learn OmniFocus account.
Reactivating Your Membership
Did you cancel automatic renewals and then have second thoughts?
No worries. You can reactivate your Learn OmniFocus Membership by:
- Going to My Account.
- Clicking My Subscription -or- clicking Subscriptions and then clicking the View button for the Active subscription.
- Clicking the Reactivate button in the Actions section to re-enable automatic renewals.
Cancelling After Renewal Payment Processed
Did you intend to cancel automatic renewals before the renewal payment was processed?
No worries. Contact us within 30 days of the renewal payment being processed, and we’ll issue a refund. If you paid by PayPal, the funds will be available immediately. If you paid by credit card (Stripe), it may take 5-10 business days before the funds show up on your credit card statement.
