How do I change my membership term?

When you join Learn OmniFocus, you can choose a three-month, six-month, or one-year term.

The term you choose will determine the frequency and cost of renewals. For example, if you choose a three-month term, your account will automatically renew every three months, assuming you don’t cancel automatic renewals before the renewal date.

Changing Your Membership Term

While logged into your Learn OmniFocus account, you can switch to a different membership term by:

  1. Going to My Account.
  2. ClickingĀ My SubscriptionĀ -or- clickingĀ SubscriptionsĀ and then clicking theĀ ViewĀ button for theĀ ActiveĀ subscription.
  3. Clicking the Switch Membership button.
  4. Clicking the Select button for a membership term different from the one you’re switching from.
  5. Clicking the Sign Up Now button after agreeing to the Terms & Conditions.

Your new membership term will take effect as soon as your current membership term ends.

For example, if you signed up for a three-month membership on June 28, 2023, your next payment would be on September 28, 2023. If you switch to a one-year subscription before September 28, 2023, you will be billed for a one-year subscription on September 28, 2023, and your subsequent membership payment will be on September 28, 2024.

Checking the Status of Your Membership

You can check the status of your membership by:

  1. Going to My Account.
  2. Clicking My Subscriptions -or- clicking Subscriptions to see a list of your subscriptions.
  3. Clicking the View button for the Active subscription.

Among other things, you’ll see the date and amount of the next payment.
