I’m logged into my Learn OmniFocus. Why don’t I have access to members-only content and services?
You need an active membership in order to access members-only products and services.
If you’re logged in to your Learn OmniFocus account, but don’t have access to members-only contact and services it’s likely that your initial or renewal payment failed or that your membership term has ended.
Viewing the Status of Your Membership
You can view the status of your account by:
If you have a failed payment, you can regain access to members-only content and services by:
- Clicking on Orders.
- Clicking the Pay button for the most recent order.
Membership Term Ended
If your membership term has ended, you can regain access to members-only content and services by re-joining Learn OmniFocus using your existing Learn OmniFocus account.
