Are the sessions recorded? No, our LIVE sessions are not recorded. This creates psychological safety for participants to share freely and ask questions without worrying about being on permanent record.
What if I can’t attend a session live? Since sessions aren’t recorded, you’ll want to register for a future date that works for your schedule. Workshops, Office Hours, and Virtual Coworking sessions run regularly throughout the year.
Do I need to have my camera on? Yes, all participants are asked to keep their cameras on throughout the session. This creates genuine connection and engagement that makes the live experience valuable for everyone.
How many people typically attend? Workshops are limited to 20 participants, and Office Hours to 10 participants to ensure personalized attention. Virtual Coworking sessions are open to all members who want to participate.
What technology do I need? A reliable internet connection and a device capable of running Zoom. We recommend joining from a Mac so you can easily access and work with OmniFocus during the session. You’ll receive joining instructions after you register.
Can I ask questions during workshops? Absolutely! While workshops follow a structure, there’s dedicated time for questions and discussion. Office Hours are entirely driven by participant questions.
What if I’m new to OmniFocus? You’re welcome to join any session! Some workshops have course prerequisites (noted on their individual pages), but Office Hours and Virtual Coworking are open to everyone regardless of experience level.
