David Sparks (aka MacSparky) returned to Learn OmniFocus LIVE to share his updated OmniFocus 3 setup and workflows.
David talked about how his use of OmniFocus has evolved over the years and how he’s taking advantage of new features that were introduced in OmniFocus 3, including multiple tags and advanced perspectives.
David’s a strong proponent of the benefits of automation, and even co-hosts a podcast on the subject with Rose Orchard. He showed us how he’s using Siri Shortcuts both to quickly navigate to relevant areas of his OmniFocus database and to create new projects within seconds.
