On Deck

On Deck is designed to be your go-to perspective when it’s time to get down to work. It shows available actions that have a defer date, are due soon (or overdue), are flagged or have a planned date in the past.

Actions are grouped by due, sorted by due and flagged, so your most time-sensitive and important messages will automatically appear at the top of the list.

If your On Deck list is getting uncomfortably long, you can reduce the number of items by adjusting the defer date, setting the planned date until the future (even later today), reducing the number of flagged items and renegotiating due dates, where possible.

Tags can also be a way to filter your On Deck list. For example, click the Phone tag to see all of the phone calls that are on deck. The Phone tag will disappear when all your on-deck phone calls are complete.

Please Note: You may find that resolved items (e.g. task completions) are cleaned up automatically even if the “Clean up resolved items” setting is set to “When changing perspectives”. This issue has been reported to The Omni Group.
