I’m one of the lucky few who was given early access to OmniFocus 3 for iOS. I’ve been using this pre-release version since early March and am very impressed. The app feels right at home on iOS 11 and the Omni Group have done a great job of adding significant functionality to OmniFocus 3 while staying true to OmniFocus’ roots.
The following video showcases some of the major features and user interface enhancements in OmniFocus 3 for iOS. Keep in mind that this is a pre-release version; the final release may look at act a little differently.
Taking a Deeper Dive
I look forward to taking a deeper dive into these and other features in future articles, videos, and live sessions on Learn OmniFocus. I’m also updating our best practices to provide you with guidance on how to, for example, make optimal use of multiple tag support in OmniFocus 3.

Kudos to the Omni Group
Thanks to the wonderful folks at the Omni Group for all of the time and energy that they’re putting into this release. I’ve witnessed their design and development process first hand and have seen how they sweat the details while staying mindful of the big picture. I’m sure their efforts will help all of us be more organized and productive.
