November 14, 2024 | 10:00 am 11:00 am PST

Learn OmniFocus Founder Tim Stringer takes us on a tour of his OmniFocus setup and workflows.

OmniFocus Founder Tim Stringer

Tim’s OmniFocus journey began in 2010. He needed a robust personal task manager to bring order to his multi-faceted life and was drawn to OmniFocus’ extensive feature set and reliability.

During this session, Tim will share how his use of OmniFocus has evolved over the years and how he’s drawn on the experience of supporting thousands of OmniFocus users worldwide.

He’ll take us on a tour of his OmniFocus setup, showing how he structures his projects and single actions and uses tags. You’ll also learn how Tim uses custom perspectives as he navigates his day, maintains system integrity and plans for the future. He’ll share OmniFocus’ role in his overall system and how he uses other apps, including Notion and Craft, alongside OmniFocus.

Tim is a fan of automation. He’ll demonstrate some of the OmniFocus plug-ins he’s using to add convenience and consistency to OmniFocus. He’ll also touch on how he uses other automation apps, including Keyboard Maestro, BetterTouchTool and Shortcuts to add ease and efficiency to his system.
