Get OmniFocus Back on Track
February 19, 2026 | 9:00 am – 10:30 am PST
Clean up your cluttered OmniFocus system and establish the workflows that keep it functional. This interactive workshop guides you through getting back on track.
When your OmniFocus system falls into disrepair, the solution isn’t to abandon it—it’s to clean it up, tune it up, and establish the workflows that keep it functional. Your database may have become cluttered, outdated, or overwhelming. Perhaps you’ve fallen out of the habit of using it, or your tags and projects no longer reflect your current reality.
In this hands-on workshop, you’ll work through:
- Conducting a comprehensive mind sweep to surface open loops and missing tasks
- Processing your OmniFocus inbox and making clear decisions about each item
- Evaluating your projects and determining what stays, what goes, and what needs refinement
- Reviewing and optimizing your tag system for clarity and efficiency
- Auditing your due dates to identify what’s truly due versus what’s arbitrarily assigned
- Creating an “OmniFocus is Back on Track” project with your specific next steps
Whether you’ve fallen out of the habit or your system feels overwhelming, you’ll leave with a clear roadmap and the foundation to restore your system to full functionality.
