Quick Open makes it easy to get to a perspective, project, tag or folder by typing a few letters. Having quick access to the most relevant view makes OmniFocus more approachable and encourages regular use.
On Mac – Run this shortcut from Spotlight, or assign it a keyboard shortcut, to open Quick Open from whatever app you’re in. OmniFocus will launch automatically if it’s not already running.
On iPhone and iPad – Run this shortcut using Spotlight or Siri. Alternatively, assign it to the Action Button, a Back Tap or the Lock Screen.
