Identifying things on your list for today that will take some time to complete is helpful. You can complete these actions if you have a gap between meetings. They could also be good candidates for actions to take care of at the start of the day. The Small Rocks perspective is the same as the Today perspective except that it only shows actions with an estimated 5-30 minutes duration.
