Calendar
App Description
A personal productivity system rests on three pillars: a task manager, a calendar, and a note-taking app. OmniFocus is where you manage your tasks. Apple Calendar is where you can manage your schedule.
A Capable Calendar App
Apple Calendar is more capable than it often gets credit for. It supports multiple accounts (iCloud, Google, Exchange, and more), offers rich event details, and syncs seamlessly across all your Apple devices. For most people, it’s the only calendar app they’ll ever need.
Block Time for OmniFocus Tasks on Mac
On the Mac, you can drag any OmniFocus project, action group, or action directly onto Apple Calendar. When you do, a new calendar event is created automatically — and it includes a link back to the original OmniFocus item. This makes it easy to block time for specific work and access the relevant project, action group or action in OmniFocus when it’s time to get to work.
